Guarantees
VASA Student Services guarantees its students who comply with all the requirements as mentioned in this terms and conditions the following:-
- For any of the live online sessions that have been disrupted/terminated due to reasons beyond the control of VASA Student Services an alternative live session will be arranged.
Delivery of services
VASA Student Services will deliver its services through its online portal. The services will be imparted through a/series of webinars or through any other means deemed suitable. The company reserves the right to change any of the methodologies as and when required, to deliver its services. All the services imparted by VASA Student Services is through the online platform and no direct contact is involved in this process.
Use of the VASA Student Services counseling
VASA Student Services offers you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, access to use its portal solely for your personal use. The services that you access must not be recorded and re-transmitted for any commercial purposes or put up on any internet website or on streaming websites like YouTube without the prior written permission from VASA Student Services. No part of the material provided to you shall be shared with any other private/public, person/forum without the written permission from administrative department of VASA Student Services
Login Access Information
Students who register with VASA Student Services will be provided with a username and password or a link sent by email for them to access the service portal. It is mandatory that you keep the username and password/link information confidential and do not share it with any other third party. If you feel that there is any compromise to the security of your account, kindly immediately report this to the administrative department of VASA Student Services. You are required to provide accurate and complete information while registering for the Services. VASA Student Services reserves the right to terminate, suspend or restrict your login account or cancel the scheduled webinar session if it has reason to believe that you have failed to comply with these requirements.
Content
All the content available on the VASA Student Services website are the copyrighted property of VASA Student Services. You shall not:
- copy, distribute, rent, loan, lease or sublicense all or any portion of the services offered
- modify, translate, distribute or prepare derivative works of the services or the accompanying documentation.

All counseling session timings and instructors are subject to change at any time. You will be notified of any changes made to the session via an email. You should check your email frequently prior to the start of the session. VASA Student Services will not responsible if for any reason you do not know the session timings.
Payment
Student will need to pay the fee in full for the counseling sessions prior to the commencement of their counseling through the online payment gateway provided on the VASA Student Services website.
Liability
VASA Student Services will not be liable for any compensation beyond what is paid for obtaining the service. VASA Student Services does not guarantee success in the visa interview and will not be liable for any cost incurred if the student visa is refused.
Jurisdiction
This User Agreement between you and VASA Student Services shall be governed by the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Disclaimer
Although VASA Student Services will try to ensure that all the services offered are to a very high standard, it will not be responsible if any of the processes like the student visa process change all of a sudden.
Privacy Policy
- VASA Student Services undertakes to keep all data provided by its visitors & Clients confidential.
- VASA Student Services shall strictly comply with all of the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
- VASA Student Services ensures that all its employees who may have access to this data will strictly comply with this privacy policy.
